The cutting tools and workpieces of special machine tools shall be clamped correctly and fastened firmly; Special machine tools shall not be damaged during loading and unloading; Align the cutting tools and workpieces, and do not knock them with a heavy hammer; It is not allowed to fasten the cutting tools and workpieces by lengthening the handle and increasing the torque; It is not allowed to install thimbles, cutting tools and tool sleeves that are inconsistent with their taper or hole diameter, with nicks on the surface and unclean in the spindle taper hole, tailstock sleeve taper hole and other tool installation holes of special machine tools.
The mechanical speed change of the transmission and feeding mechanism, the clamping and alignment of the tool and the workpiece, and the manual measurement between the working procedures of the workpiece shall be stopped after the cutting and grinding are terminated and the tool and abrasive tool are retreated from the workpiece. The cutting tools and abrasives shall be kept sharp. If they become blunt or crack, they shall be sharpened or replaced in time.
Tools, workpieces and other sundries are not allowed to be placed directly on special CNC machine tools, especially on the guide rail surface and worktable. Always remove the iron filings and oil stains on the special machine tool, and keep the guide rail surface, sliding surface, rotating surface, positioning reference surface and worktable clean.
